CUSTOMIZATION
Bar code products are not always as you need them for your application. For customers needing a little more from their bar code reader, etc. we offer custom set-up, cable lengths, enclosures and more.
ON-SITE SUPPORT
Unlike many VAR’s today, Pacific-iD uses 28 years of technical field experience and product managment as a background for our onsite support. We are capable of helping you set-up the bar code or 2D solution on site, at “your place”.
TRAINING FOR
Microscan and Opticon products we offer complimentary training with the purchase of equipment. On-site training can be provided for a fee.
PRE-CONFIGURATION
For OEM’s we offer pre-configuration services so that when you receive your scanner it is ready to plug in with no additional set-up from you. Minimum volume required for service to be complimentary.
